Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We will at all times adhere to any legal restrictions imposed in connection with the sale of alcohol. Notwithstanding any local laws, the purchase of alcoholic beverages in the UK is restricted to those over the age of 18 years. By placing your order on this site you are confirming that you are complying with this restriction and that you are legally entitled to purchase alcohol.

We accept payment from all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged for until they are shipped. We will not be deemed to have accepted your order until the credit card transaction has been accepted. In any event, there will be no agreement between us and you if you are under the age of 18 years when you place your order.

We reserve the right to accept the whole or part of your order or to decline it entirely. In the event of our acceptance of a part order the price will be reduced accordingly.

If, at the time when your order is received, we are required to impose a price increase as a result of costs that are beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you.

All orders placed through our website will be processed at our store in Bristol. We will contact you when we process the order for your security code. We do not take this code when you place your order for security reasons.

By clicking on the 'next' button on the Credit Card payment page you will be submitting an order to us that will incorporate all terms and conditions detailed within the site. The Order Confirmation page is a confirmation that your order has been received by us.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, where possible we will back order for you. You will be emailed or contacted by telephone with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Substitutions
In the unlikely event, that we have run out of an item on your order we will make every effort to contact you to arrange a replacement before finalising your purchase. Upon agreement the substitute goods will be of a similar kind and of an equal or higher value.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Guarantee
We will not accept any responsibility or liability in connection with faulty or defective products unless you provide us with full details of such faults or defects within 7 days of when it should reasonably have become apparent to you.
