Shipping & Handling
We operate a standard £5.95 delivery charge for all orders under £250. Orders over £250 or on products that state delivery is included, are exempt from a delivery charge. We reserve the right to vary this from time to time and for specific orders. In this event you will be contacted before your order is accepted to clarify this matter.

Delivery Schedule
Your order will be despatched to you as soon as possible. This will depend upon the availability of items within your order and the delivery method.

Some local orders will be delivered by us, but we may use an independent carrier. In either case, in the event that there is no one to accept the delivery a card will be left by us or the carrier with a number to call to arrange an alternative data and time for delivery. If the carrier is unable to deliver the order, it will be returned to us for re-despatch. We reserve the right to charge the customer for any re-despatch attempts.

Delivery will be made to the address provided in your order and only to a person who appears to be authorised to accept delivery and is over the age of 18. National Wine or the carrier may request proof of identity or age of the person accepting delivery for the order.

We cannot accept any liability for non-delivery unless the order paid for is not delivered at all or you provide full details of any shortage with 7 days of the delivery.

Our total liability in respect of non or part delivery is limited to the value of the non delivered part of the order plus the delivery charge. In all respects we reserve the right to correct the order within 14 days of the being made aware of the non delivery or shortage, or to make a refund to you for the value of the order that is non or part delivered.

We do not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery of orders arising from the provision of incorrect delivery information.
